If the problem behavior is repetitive, it is important for the instructor to intervene in order to address and correct the behavior. Continuing as normal or cancelling the session will not effectively address the behavior, and only using written material may not provide the appropriate level of guidance and instruction for the trainee. Intervening allows the instructor to actively address the problem behavior and provide guidance and support to the trainee.
